We've done it again!
Once again in 2007, as we have for six of the last seven years, Points South was voted the #1 Internet Provider in Sanford by an independent Marketing Survey group. The accolade was a great honor, but was understandably deserved; there are several things that set Points South apart from other Internet service providers.
Our rates are among the most competitive you'll see anywhere in the state of Maine. Most of the services we provide are free, such as tech support, account setup, and, most importantly, our in-house computer diagnosis for Internet related problems. Also, most importantly, we do not believe in voicemail systems at Points South.
From day one, customers who call Points South get a live human technician right off, no menus to navigate, no 20 minute hold times to endure. Our excellent customer service has really set Points South apart from other Internet Providers, and it only stood to reason we were voted #1. Again!
