Points South has a commitment to our environment. Our in-house recycling programs encourages employees to recycle all paper, cardboard, plastics, and tin. Most importantly, for all our paper needs (including statements) we use Kenaf paper. Kenaf is a plant grown in the south that can be harvested every year from the same land and yields more paper per acre than slowly-renewing forests. The processing of Kenaf requires no chlorine or acids, so the creation of the paper generates no chemical waste and the paper will not only biodegrade easier, but also has a longer shelf-life.

Points South also supports the local communities. We host several Animal Shelter and Community Theater sites free of charge, as well as websites promoting the health and welfare of children with chronic illness. Membership is held in the Sanford Chamber of Commerce and the Cornish Association of Businesses.
Points South hosts web pages for many local businesses and individuals and is the ISP of choice for thousands of customers all over the state of Maine. If you’re with Points South, you made the right choice for your ISP. If you’re with one of our competitors, isn’t it time to switch?
